KeYi is an online custom phone case, tablet case, and leather cover platform. We provide the following core services:

  • Users can upload images and add text to create custom protective cases.
  • Support for mainstream brands and models, including iPhone, Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO, etc.
  • Single-unit and small-batch custom orders, with worldwide shipping.
  • Online payments via Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, and other channels.
  • International logistics delivery to your shipping address after production.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Keep your account password secure and do not share it with others. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • All information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete. Please update any changes promptly.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of unreasonable use or violation of these terms.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All product prices displayed on the website are subject to the final checkout page. Prices may vary due to promotions, exchange rate fluctuations, etc.
  • Custom product pricing varies by phone model, process complexity, material, etc. Please confirm the final quote before customization.
  • By submitting an order, you confirm that the order information (model, design, quantity, shipping address, etc.) is correct, and we will produce accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasonable causes such as system errors or pricing errors, and will provide a full refund upon cancellation.
  • Custom products cannot be canceled once production begins. Please double-check all information before confirming.

4. Custom Content Guidelines

The images, text, and other custom content you upload must not contain the following:

  • Content that infringes on portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
  • Content containing violence, pornography, discrimination, hate speech, or other illegal content.
  • Politically sensitive, religiously extreme, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Content containing viruses, malicious code, or anything that may compromise platform security.

If your custom content is suspected of infringement, we have the right to suspend or cancel related orders. You shall bear full responsibility for any legal disputes arising from infringing custom content.

5. Payment

  • We support multiple payment methods, including but not limited to Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments such as USDT.
  • All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment credentials.
  • Please complete payment within the specified time after order confirmation. Orders not paid within the time limit will be automatically canceled.
  • If an invoice is needed, please specify invoice details when placing your order. We will provide it with the shipment or via email.

6. Shipping

  • Order production typically takes 1-3 business days and may be extended during peak customization periods.
  • International delivery time varies by destination country/region, generally 5-15 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight, clearly displayed at checkout.
  • You are responsible for delivery failures or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Goods may incur import duties, which are your responsibility. Please check your country/region's import policies before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the KeYi website, including but not limited to website design, source code, brand identity, and product gallery, is the intellectual property of KeYi.
  • The intellectual property of custom images and text you upload remains with you or the original rights holder. You grant us the right to use such content to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
  • No one may copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use website content without KeYi's written permission.

8. Disclaimer

  • Colors of custom products may differ slightly from screen display. This is normal and not considered a product quality issue.
  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of website information but are not liable for service interruptions caused by system errors, technical issues, or force majeure.
  • For delivery delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party logistics companies, we will assist you in communicating with the logistics provider.
  • Product images are for reference only. Please refer to the actual product.

9. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email or website announcement.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court for litigation.
